Immediate payment by credit/debit card required on first order and then, upon successful set up completion, Account terms as above.
Please note, Haddenham Healthcare Ltd reserves the right to amend Account terms at any point due to poor payment history.
Delivery & Handling
No charge for delivery at this time but we reserve the right to introduce a charge at any time without notice. Delivery times are approximately 3 working days for stock and 5 to 7 working days for Made to Order and Made to Measure. These are dependent on the order being received and complete.
Haddenham Healthcare Ltd cannot be held responsible for a courier's failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances.

Returns
Customer liability returns for Credit Note are subject to a £5.00 handling charge per item. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition and with a suitable expiry date.
Non-delivery
Non receipt of goods must be notified, in writing, within 21 days of the date on the despatch note/invoice.
Warranty
Products are guaranteed against defects in material and manufacture. Specific warranty terms vary per product. Please consult each individual product's 'Instructions for Use' for details.
Liability
Responsibility for the selection and application of products rests with the professional treating the patient.
Misrepresentation
In setting up an online account Haddenham Healthcare Ltd takes it at face value that you are who you claim to be. If at any time Haddenham Healthcare Ltd becomes aware that a business or an individual is holding themselves out to be something or someone they are not, the account will be closed immediately and no further transaction via our online facility, or by any other means, will be possible.
In addition, the details will be referred for possible further action as such is a fraudulent act and subject to Criminal Law .
